Our specialist client is looking to recruit a Consult who will manage levels of own business in line with personal targets as defined by the Board of Directors, and to maximise own performance and profitability. Minimum 1 years experience of working within a sales or customer service oriented industry is essential.

Key responsibilities:
To attract new business from client companies by using sales and business development skills
To re-visit old or neglected client companies in order to further develop business levels and relationships
To manage and service existing active client companies and seek new opportunities from them
To attract new candidates and contractors by way of networking, referrals, advertising and market intelligence
To negotiate with client companies and candidates/contractors to secure sustainable business with optimum profitability
To be responsible for, and take ownership of, personal target and performance levels
To adhere to company standards/procedures and to relevant Recruitment Legislation
