Product Manager

Key Tasks: · Develop new products and product ranges (Top Line Growth) · Re-source existing products for the group (Bottom/Top Line Growth) · Identify existing products within the group with good sales and make available to all. · Identify best sellers in the group and communicate it to other subsidiaries. · Co-ordinate new products throughout the group where possible. · Delete products that are no longer viable. · With a total range of 16K part numbers, typically be handling between 50 – 200 products with an annual budget of £200K. Abilities Good interpersonal and negotiation skills Buying experience Work with people on all levels and cultures Good IT skills, familiar with all major packages such as Microsoft Office, Windows XP, etc Coordinate project from concept to market Able to work independently and with a high degree of initiative. Profile Good sense of humour with the ability to fit in with new environment. Well used to meeting deadlines, targets and budgets in a busy environment.
