Our client is looking for an expereince Payroll Administrator to compliment their HR team. Ideally they are looking for someone to work the following hours/days:
Week 1 - 8 hours Monday
Week 2 - 8 hours
Monday Week 3 - 8 hours
Monday Week 4 (payroll confirmation week) 24 hours Monday, Tuesday and Friday
Duties will include:
Administration and responsibility of the Miracle Pay payroll system for up to 170 employees.
Co-ordination and implementation of all payroll routines including time sheet reconciliation, holidays, absence, overtime, commissions, staff accommodation calculations and all other deductions.
Upkeep and administration of payroll and HR administration spreadsheets including holidays, sickness, lieu hours and payroll main sheet.
Upkeep and storage of all legally required payroll data.
The ideal candidate for the position will have the following attributes:- IT literate with exceptional Microsoft Excel skills. Payroll experience / qualification or HR administrator experience with some exposure to payroll. The highest degree of confidentiality as exposed to information on individuals salaries and also HR issues. Strong challenger in order to be able to get payroll information returned from individuals and tough minded / great customer service skills to be able to accept challenges from individuals and then to deal with them effectively.
