ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Work within your account management team to ensure the proactive development of all client accounts such that their profitability is maximised and client sales and income budgets are exceeded.
• Identify and pro-actively sell the most effective and profitable digital advertising solutions and additional services to clients.
• Present to clients a thorough knowledge of all available digital media.
• Ensure the appropriate and agreed level of client contact - telephone and face to face - is achieved.
• Communicate any client or media complaints or issues if they arise to the Director of Operations; along with a proposed solution.
• Adhere to all account management, studio, digital and finance processes and procedures.
• As required undertake all reasonable tasks to ensure that business objectives are met and the office runs smoothly.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Winning New Digital Business.
• The identification, conversion and introduction of new digital business opportunities.
• To achieve the targets set on sales, income and margins.
• To assist in the mentoring/development of the Business Development Executive (BDE), if applicable.
ACCOUNTABILITIES • Proactively identify and qualify profitable prospective clients in appropriate market places and progress these through to client conversion.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the full range of digital services provided.
• Make “cold” telephone calls to secure appointments with prospective clients.
• Present the full spectrum of services at meetings with prospective clients using the most appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable new business and sustainable relationships. Follow up all meetings as required and within agreed timeframes.
• Assist as directed on pitch and or tender proposals.
• Manage the introduction of a new client into the account management structure.
• Provide reports as requested by the Director of Operations and the Sales Director.
• Ensure an appropriate level of contact with all prospective clients and keep the company’s data base fully updated with appropriate client contact and action information.
• Support the smooth running of the office.

Processing sales via telephone / fax / e-mail and dealing with customer queries resulting from sales
Main duties:
· Answering telephone calls.
· Processing orders via telephone, fax and e-mail onto a customised computer system.
· Liaising with Sales Representatives pertaining to displays, orders, queries etc.
· Assisting customers with floor plans and quantity calculations.
· Answering telephone queries.
· Solving customer problems / complaints.
· Liaising with warehouse / carriers with reference to distribution.
· Checking order accuracy.
· Associated administrative tasks, e.g. pro-formas, carrier documentation etc.
· Working with the team to achieve various other tasks as required.
Tools and equipment used:
Telephone, fax, photocopier and various computer software packages
Person specification:
· Excellent communication skills with a confident, pleasant telephone manner.
· Knowledge/understanding of export documentation is desirable.
· A team player.
· Good standard of education, A’ levels or equivalent. Basic mathematical ability essential.
· Accurate keyboard skills and experience of data entry.
· Customer service / sales order processing experience.
· A willingness to learn.
· Able to work in an organized and methodical manner.
· Able to distinguish colour ranges.
Our client is also looking for candidates who are fluent in French to work in their Export department.
