Job Profile Our client is looking to recruit a dedicated, organised and self-motivated Account Manager/Executive (depending on experience) to maintain project status and manage workflows with external clients and internal staff. Strong communication, excellent client service skills as well as good IT awareness, word processing skills and attention to detail are essential. The Job Managing international client projects on a day to day basis you will be required to: · Understand and ultimately anticipate clients’ strategic needs, by nurturing a professional rapport with their established international client base. · Maintain an outstanding level of service to existing clients with a high degree of professionalism, mostly via telephone and email communications. · Contribute to the creative process of the agency as it develops design and marketing solutions for its clients, communicating client briefs to the creative team. · Account for own projects ensuring the work is delivered on time, to brief and on budget. · Research innovative web solutions to support clients’ websites. · Proof read, edit and administrate website text. · Assist in image research and management for design team. · Provide internal admin support, which could include booking flights, accommodation, arranging meetings, preparing and attending presentations, etc. and other duties. · Show a high level of self-motivation, learning new software and developing your skills for the benefit of the business. · Use Microsoft Office suite software to manage materials and write/create new text. Technical Knowledge Previous experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are essential; knowledge of MACs, Databases, Internet and email programmes would be useful. Education – Degree Own transport essential. Salary: £15–19K Holiday: 20 days Working Hours: 8.30 – 5.00pm Extras: Childcare voucher scheme
